We would like to inform you that at our last Committee Meeting it was unanimously decided to cancel this year’s Annual General Meeting.  We are sure you will agree that there is no way we could all meet with social distancing and the ‘Rule of 6’ in place.  We would like to add that this is completely within the guidelines of the Charity Commission, who only require a financial statement for the year.

At the same time, it was unanimously agreed that the existing Officers and Committee members should ‘roll over’ en bloc until October 2021.

We do hope you are in agreement with these decisions.

The Minutes of last year’s AGM and the financial report for 2019/2020 will be circulated later.

In view of the fact that there will be no AGM and, therefore, the proposed increase in the annual subscription cannot take effect, we would like to remind you of the ‘Go Fund Me’ donation page for any contribution you may care to make.  The page is linked to our website.
