At the Annual General Meeting held on 10th October 2016, Mark Rudd was elected the new Chairperson of the society.  This follows the standing down of Geoff Thresh at the end of his three-years as Chairperson, for which he was warmly applauded.  Geoff thanked Mark for taking over and wished him every success in the appointment.  Geoff will remain an officer as Vice-Chairperson.  The full list of Officers and Committee is shown under the section About YAOS.
